Join Canada’s second-largest ski area as the Lift Operations Assistant Manager at Sun Peaks. Role Proposition: Reporting to the Lift Operations Manager, the Lift Operations Assistant Manager has joint oversight for a team of 85+ seasonal operators and supports the Operations Manager providing effective management of Lift Operations as it relates to product, people and experience. This position is ideally suited to a seasoned supervisor with a strong track record in operations management, combined with a commitment to safety, productivity & efficiency, team spirit and guest experience. With oversight for a significant seasonal workforce, we are seeking a people-focused leader and team champion, who can drive morale and productivity to both retain employees and bring out the best in them.
Compensation Information: $60,000 per annum
Physical Requirement: Medium, work activities involve handling loads between 10kg and 20 kg; predominately in an outdoor setting.
This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.
