Job Description

The Assistant Manager works in collaboration with the Store Manager. He/She leads and guides the team so that the store achieves the objectives and sales standards required. He/She must provide the necessary leadership by establishing priorities and distributing the tasks to be accomplished among the members of his/her team. He/She participates in the recruitment and training of the team by having constructive and positive communication in order for the stylists to advance. Enforcing policies and procedures are part of those duties as well. He/She participates in the visual presentation in order to keep a clean and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience.
• 6 months of management experience or equivalent.
• Bilingualism, an asset.
• Availability: Between 35 and 40 hours per week.
• Location: Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC
