We are seeking someone who:

• Enjoys having fun
• Assists in day-to-day leadership and management of a casual-fine dining restaurant
• Maintains high standards in our Food and Beverage programs
• Coordinates and conducts pre-shift meetings, maintaining daily communication about service details
• Develops staff's product knowledge through ongoing training, seminars, and tastings
• Cultivates a positive work environment recognizing staff development and good work

You should have:

• At least two years of management experience in the restaurant industry
• Excellent interpersonal, guest service, and communication skills
• Strong computer and office administration skills
• The ability to train effectively and deliver a great guest experience
• A passion for food, beverage, and the restaurant business
• Ability to build and foster relationships
• High attention to detail
• A passion for perfecting guest experiences and people development

Your compensation package includes:

• Total compensation (base + other) of $52,000 + Food/Beverage Allowance
• Eligibility for Group Benefit program
