Experience

Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
2. Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
3. Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
4. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
5. Proven ability in training development to enhance team performance.
6. Time management skills to ensure efficient task completion.
7. Sales experience is highly desirable, demonstrating an ability to drive revenue growth.
