We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. Duties

  1. Grow the business through exceptional customer service and top-performing sales
  2. Maximize sales plans for the store through effective planning and execution
  3. Recruit, train, and develop talented staff to ensure high retention
  4. Motivate the team to provide excellent service and build lasting customer relationships
  5. Model expectations and hold others accountable
  6. Maintain a professional appearance consistent with dress code and image guidelines
  7. Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring high customer service standards
  8. Support sales initiatives by engaging with customers and promoting products
  9. Utilize POS systems for transactions and inventory management
  10. Collaborate with management to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
