Position: Assistant Manager - Full Time

We are seeking a natural leader with industry experience to guide teams in exceeding departmental objectives. The ideal candidate is a high achiever with a proven ability to impact the following areas of responsibility:

• Assist the Manager in setting goals with the management team and implementing plans to achieve financial and operational objectives
• Train staff
• Lead, develop, and motivate operational staff
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of sales and service areas
• Oversee development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
• Stay current with industry trends and state-of-the-art processes and equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Work experience managing a team

Job Details

• Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary: From $19.00 per hour
• Schedule: Day shift, Evening shift, Monday to Friday, On call, Weekends as needed
• Location: Fredericton, NB
• Workplace: On site
