Position: Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Support: Assisting the Store Manager in the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of MeatHead Inc.
2. Inventory Management: Participating in the ordering process to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
3. Scheduling: Collaborating on the creation and management of employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
4. Production Oversight: Assisting in all aspects of production, maintaining quality standards and ensuring efficient workflows.
5. Planning and Strategy: Contributing to the development and implementation of operational plans and strategies.
6. Team Leadership and Training: Assisting in the training and development of team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
7. Business Growth Initiatives: Actively participating in brainstorming and implementing ideas for business growth and improvement.
8. Physical Requirements: Regularly lifting and moving heavy boxes, weighing up to 100 lbs.
9. Flexibility: Working a schedule that includes 40+ hours per week, weekends, and holidays. Shifts will typically conclude no later than 7:00 PM, unless otherwise required by business needs.
10. Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
11. Maintaining Standards: Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
4. Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Physical Capability: Must be able to lift heavy boxes weighing up to 100 lbs on a regular basis.
7. Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and have a reliable means of transportation.
8. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and 40+ hours per week.
9. A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
10. A genuine interest in contributing to the growth and success of MeatHead Inc.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting Wage: $23 an hour, 35 to 40 hrs a week. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package to be discussed during the interview process.
