*Bonjour Bagel Paris* is a fresh, fast-casual concept bringing *French-inspired bagel sandwiches* to life — with premium ingredients, bold flavors, and a sprinkle of _oh là là_. We’re opening our very first Canadian location at *West Edmonton Mall* and we’re looking for an *Assistant Manager* to help lead the team and deliver an unforgettable customer experience (bagels and berets included).

What You'll Do:

• Support the General Manager in daily operations
• Lead and motivate team members on shift
• Ensure top-quality food prep and presentation
• Handle customer service like a pro — with warmth, speed, and charm
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance feedback
• Help manage inventory, orders, and shift reports
• Uphold Bonjour Bagel’s hygiene, food safety, and brand standards
• Jump in wherever needed — from the kitchen line to the front counter

What You Bring:

• 1+ year experience in a supervisor or assistant manager role (restaurant or café preferred)
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Positive energy and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay cool during a rush
• A love for fresh food, friendly vibes, and maybe a few French clichés
