Job Details

Overview: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and customer service-oriented assistant manager to support the daily operations of an exclusive events and memberships club. The role involves ensuring smooth facility operations, coordinating events, and maintaining high satisfaction among partners, members, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in planning, executing, and supervising social, corporate, and private events, including setup and bar services.
2. Support membership management activities such as registrations, renewals, benefits, and member services.
3. Supervise operational staff in the absence of the general manager.
4. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure service quality.
5. Resolve problems effectively, maintaining high service standards.
6. Control inventories of supplies and equipment related to events and daily activities.
7. Participate in budget preparation and daily sales reporting.
8. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
9. Collaborate on marketing initiatives and promote events and memberships.

Requirements:

1. Enrollment in hospitality, marketing, business, or related fields.
2. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
3. Ability to resolve problems quickly.
