Plato's Closet Calgary Northeast is a dynamic and vibrant atmosphere specializing in gently used trendy clothing and accessories for young adults. We are at the centre of recycling fashion for teens to young adults that results in cash in their pockets, recycling fashion and saving them tons of cash by selling style at 50-70% off the retail rate.

Location: Calgary, AB (On site)

Salary: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Job type: Full-time, Permanent

Shifts: Weekend rotation (every 3rd weekend), morning start (e.g., 9:00am) or evening shift (e.g., 2:30 - 9:30pm)

Hours: 32-40 hrs/week

Start: As soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Lead a team including Sales Associates, Buyers and other roles, from the floor; motivate and teach by example; build staff through constructive feedback and praise
• Implement Plato's Closet store standards; evaluate execution and identify areas for growth; assess store needs and plan innovative strategies
• Train and execute 1-2 store events monthly to drive store traffic; contribute to social media posts and growth
• Ensure high standards of store cleanliness and organization; lead by example with a maintained approach to store appearance
• Communicate effectively to convey Plato's Closet brand standards
• Foster a self-motivated, multi-tasking environment to develop staff and business understanding
• Support the team to deliver results and maintain brand quality in a fast-paced retail setting

Qualifications

• Retail Management: 2 years required
