- Major Responsibilities:
- Ensure outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment, greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining high standards, and demonstrating product knowledge.
- Monitor store operations to meet standards for merchandise presentation, customer service, safety, cleanliness, shrinkage, and costs.
- Manage store in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Assist in recruiting, training, scheduling, and evaluating store personnel.
- Maintain awareness of product knowledge, promotions, and advertisements.
- Demonstrate sales skills to maintain productivity levels.
- Assist with merchandising, store cleaning, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
- Monitor deliveries and ensure effective inventory control.
- Adhere to company policies on signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
- Process sales transactions accurately and maintain cash accountability.
- Implement security measures to protect assets.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $24.00 per hour
Location: Burnaby, BC
