Responsibilities

1. Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
2. Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
3. Evaluate daily operations
4. Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
5. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
6. Cost products and services
7. Organize and maintain inventory
8. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
9. Participate in marketing plans and implementation
10. Address customers’ complaints or concerns

Qualifications

1. Education – Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
2. Experience – 2-3 years experience
3. Computer and technology knowledge
4. Accounting software
5. Electronic cash register
6. MS Office
7. Point of sale system
