Godfathers Pizza Petrolia - Assistant Store Manager

Godfathers Pizza Delhi is seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous management experience is preferred. Responsibilities:
  1. Managing a team of approximately 6-10 members.
  2. Ensuring high standards of customer service and product quality.
  3. Training and supervising staff on daily operations.
  4. Performing opening and closing duties.
  5. Assisting with clerical tasks such as inventory management, paperwork, and customer communication.
  6. Handling shift operations including taking orders, food prep, cooking, and payments.
  7. Maintaining the tidiness of the store.
Additional Details:
  • Full-time position, 35-40 hours per week.
  • Availability on days, evenings, weekdays, and weekends.
  • Must hold a valid Food Handler certificate.
