We are seeking an Assistant Manager who will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our members. This position involves leading by example, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to the team to ensure every interaction exceeds expectations. Note: Experience working for a Credit Union or Bank is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote high employee engagement through leadership and direction.
  • Achieve results by coaching, measuring, and correcting performance.
  • Partner with your manager to ensure operational effectiveness of the branch and maximize team performance.
  • Inspire sales and service excellence by coaching staff on service delivery and resolving complex member issues.
  • Identify opportunities to promote the branch and business by developing existing customer relationships and generating new leads.
  • Establish internal and external relationships to support business objectives.
  • Participate in and represent the branch at leadership meetings, contributing to budgeting and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a customer-facing role within a financial institution.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and training skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
  • Proven sales and business development abilities.
  • Knowledge of deposits, personal lending, mortgage, and wealth management products.

  • Competitive total compensation package including base salary and incentives, with an expected starting range of $83,250 to $92,500, based on experience and internal equity.
