Job description

What You’ll Do
Customer Service
  • Provide leadership to the team, coaching and following up to ensure service model standards are met for each customer.
  • Lead the B2B Mark’s Commercial Business, including order entry and management, coaching the team for accurate and timely order processing and delivery.
  • Deliver an exceptional omni-channel experience by managing in-store eCommerce sales and fulfilling eCommerce orders within set service levels.
  • Support customer experience through timely inventory processing and movement to the sales floor.
Operations
  • Implement, communicate, and ensure compliance with all operating procedures, processes, and policies.
  • Manage scheduling and follow-up on shipping/receiving, eCommerce fulfillment, cash management, and operational systems & compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of annual inventories.
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate LP, cash, audit, and OH&S policies and procedures.
  • Take responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
Training
  • Provide leadership and coaching to ensure service standards are delivered to each customer.
  • Create and communicate daily operational plans.
  • Conduct effective shift meetings and coaching sessions.
  • Follow up to ensure timely completion of required training.
Leadership
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting brands and culture.
  • Motivate the team through recognition programs, contests, and customer compliments.
  • Maintain performance management expectations, including progressive discipline when necessary.
  • Follow disciplinary processes consistently and fairly.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and empowering work environment.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven coaching, mentoring, and development skills for department and store teams.
  • Ability to plan and manage daily and weekly department and store activities.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong training and mentoring abilities.
  • 3-5 years of retail experience.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed.
  • Basic computer skills.
