Job Type:Full-time (Sunday-Thursday, 40-43 hours per week)

Role Overview:

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to lead and motivate a team of retail professionals. You will assist in driving sales, managing operations, and ensuring the store meets and exceeds targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
  • Assist in driving sales through effective rostering, training, and performance management.
