Job Description
  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, staff, facilities, sales, and costs.
  • Monitor quality, guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage employee relations, including hiring, training, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial tracking.
  • Contribute to hotel committees and special events.
  • Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and alcohol handling policies.
  • Work weekends, holidays, and shifts as scheduled.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management (asset).
  • Minimum 2 years hospitality management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; second language is an asset.
  • Experience in unionized environments is a plus.
  • Smart Serve Certification.
