Job Description

The Assistant Manager – IT Application will be responsible for managing, supervising, and maintaining IIIDEM’s IT Applications across various departments, centers, and schools. Responsibilities include supporting procurement, development, installation, and management of IT applications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordination with Departments: Support departments, centers, and schools with their IT needs, including website and application support.
  2. Procurement and Development: Support procurement, development, and configuration of IT applications.
  3. System Support and Upgrades: Provide technical support, vendor coordination, and system upgrades.
  4. IT Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support for staff and faculty.
