Reporting to the General Manager (GM) of Gather, the Assistant Manager (AM) will be responsible for supporting the operating of a profitable restaurant, Gather Craft Kitchen & Bar along with The Leaf Coffee Bar. The Assistant Manager (AM), Gather will support the management of the day-to-day operations including meeting budgeted productivity, ensuring operational standards and policy compliance are met, adhering to revenue and payroll budgets, ensuring appropriate inventory and supply levels, and ensuring that staff follow all health and safety regulations set by Manitoba Health and LGCA regulations, at all times. This position will also work with several corporate support departments such as Finance, HR, Health & Safety, and Operations to ensure the execution of a sound business. This position will establish priorities and organize day-to-day workflow with a high degree of accuracy to deliver excellent guest experiences. As the AM, you must be flexible, with the ability to problem solve and adapt
