Job Summary:

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Assistant Manager's main focus is to assist in providing leadership that maximizes sales results and enhances the customer experience on the sales floor. You will manage the floor effectively to promote a positive shopping environment, lead and motivate a high-performing team, and drive operational efficiency and digital traffic. You are vital to your store's success!

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset.
  • At least 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion retail.
  • Passion for fashion, outgoing personality, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Ability to foster a participative, creative, and learning environment by sharing best practices.
  • Ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in Social Media, Mobile Devices, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), or Open-Office.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
