StorageVault Canada Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences and keep daily operations running smoothly at our Winnipeg locations. You will help customers select storage solutions, manage front desk tasks, and handle rentals with care.

No management experience is required; a 6-week paid training program will prepare you for leadership growth within a supportive team. Beginning pay is $18/hour with potential for annual bonuses and ongoing development

Qualifications

• Strong English communication (written and spoken).
• Customer service or sales experience is an asset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in finding storage solutions.
• Manage front desk operations, inquiries and property tours.
• Confirm reservations and complete rental agreements.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Keep the property clean, organized, and client ready.
• Conduct daily inspections of storage units and property.
