Assistant Manager, Fan Experience & Security - OEG Sports & Entertainment

The Assistant Manager, Security & Fan Experience is primarily responsible for execution and development of fan experience & security operations during events at Rogers Place and in the Ice District, including outside security partners (EPS, APS, Securitats, etc.) scheduling, deployments and training. The Assistant Manager is comfortable leading, mentoring and coaching part-time event team members and embodies a customer-centric mindset.

Your Focus in this Role:

• Accountable for 1/3 of the casual pool roster, to build rapport through consistent initiatives to retain best talents, and to provide performance driven feedback on an ongoing basis.
• Manage the day-to-day Fan Experience and Security operations for all OEG’s brands to deliver the best possible experience while working within budgets.
• Required to continuously lead, with an agile and efficient mindset, any prep before and in the moment action, to drive a flawless event.
