Charm Diamond Centres is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our jewellery retail team. You will coach, train, and develop sales associates while driving exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

As a leader in our stores, you will manage schedules, monitor performance, and create engaging shopping experiences. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and a professional, positive presence.

The wage range for this position is $19.50 - $27.00 based on experience. Total remuneration is based on performance and includes an hourly rate and guaranteed commissions, plus a yearly bonus based on sales levels.
