Your role in a nutshell
As an inspirational leader & activist, with enthusiasm for our brand and a strong connection to our purpose, you will partner with the Shop Manager to drive the store & your team to deliver retail excellence, strong sales results & an engaging customer experience.

- Lead & work as part of a successful, engaged team to meet the needs of our customers
- Support the Shop Manager in shaping a customer-focused store experience by driving customer engagement through products, campaigns & activism
- Problem solve effectively & proactively using available resources
- Communicate effectively & act as a flexible, responsible role model
- Develop customer loyalty to strengthen The Body Shop brand
- Collaborate with the Shop Manager to meet sales & performance targets
- Assist in managing stock, monitoring, and managing change
- Use data (KPIs) to make sound commercial decisions to drive sales & team performance
- Attract high-potential candidates & develop team members
- Stay informed about the beauty market, competitors, and products
What we look for
- Experience in a customer-facing role, people leadership, & team development
- Ability to meet sales & performance targets with excellent planning & organization skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a feedback culture
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills
- Experience using data (KPIs) for business decisions preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work hours including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Ability to work across Sunday to Saturday
