About The Team You Are Joining

Reporting to the Manager Product Development, Payment Facilitation Solutions, the incumbent will oversee the business delivery processes of information systems, including products like iiNET and IATA Financial Gateway (IFG). iiNET is the industry's centralized data exchange platform, facilitating seamless data sharing among industry stakeholders.

You will be involved in product delivery aspects such as support, service management, implementation, and customer administration.

What Your Day Would Be Like

You will collaborate with the Product Development manager and participate in Customer Support, Service Management, Administration, and service evolution activities:

  • Coordinate support teams to resolve technical issues per SLA.
  • Conduct training for customers and support teams.
  • Maintain SOPs, facilitate knowledge sharing, and validate SLAs.
  • Oversee contracting processes.
  • Follow up on customer satisfaction and feedback.
  • Support implementations and ensure smooth integration.
  • Perform user administration for relevant tools.
  • Update user manuals and SOPs.
  • Design dashboards to track KPIs.
  • Contribute to product evolution based on customer needs.
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain high service quality.
  • Develop expertise in data exchange and airline financial processes, contributing to product development.
