About the team you are joining
Reporting to the Manager Billing & Reporting, you will support the ACCA DPC and ACCLEYA DPC migration to AWS Project, focusing on pre-migration activities, implementation, and rollout. Your extensive knowledge of IATA Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) and Data Process Centre (DPC) processes will be essential in assisting vendors with the seamless migration of the DPC system - IBSPS to Amazon Web Services (AWS).
What your day would be like
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during the AWS migration process.
- Lead engagement efforts with internal (BSPlink, IFG, iiNET, IRIS, Mulesoft, SF, MDM, MINR, SIS, ASD, etc.) and external stakeholders (GDSes, Card Acquirers, Financial Institutions) to ensure successful system integration testing.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to migration and testing activities, developing strategies to minimize operational impact.
- Collaborate with technical teams to monitor migration testing progress and address challenges, delivering Gap Analysis and operational activities.
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on stakeholder onboarding.
- Perform parallel testing output review and reconciliation.
- Conduct Master Data and Parameter validation on the DPC system.
- Provide L3 Support during the hyper-care period post-migration.
- Document key processes and lessons learned for future migrations.
- Maintain documentation and stakeholder contact lists.
- Provide operational support to Billing & Reporting and Performance & Operations teams as needed.

- You have a university degree or equivalent experience (technical profiles are an advantage).
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Air Transport Industry, with a full understanding of airlines' value chain and IATA FSDS Ops.
- You possess strong analytical skills, a proactive spirit, and are result-oriented, with the ability to think "out of the box" and drive process improvements.
- You can work effectively as part of a diverse, fast-paced, and demanding team.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, aligned with a strong customer service ethic consistent with IATA’s philosophy.
