WHAT A TYPICAL WORKDAY LOOKS LIKE

With the support of your manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly and that your team provides excellent customer service. When acting as manager, your tasks will include:

• Meeting overall sales and operational goals;
• Maintaining our corporate standards;
• Motivating your team to excel;
• Training team members on sales techniques and product features;
• Analyzing sales results and developing strategies for improvement;
• Scheduling staff based on performance and store needs;
• Providing a welcoming environment for customers and assisting them with product information;
• Coordinating tasks with the management team to ensure smooth operations.

HUMAN RESOURCES :
