What a Typical Workday Looks Like

With your manager's support, ensure the store runs smoothly and your team provides excellent customer service. As acting manager, your responsibilities include meeting goals, maintaining standards, and motivating your team.

Sales

  • Optimize store performance and profitability;
  • Train your team on customer support and sales techniques;
  • Analyze sales data and develop improvement strategies;
  • Schedule staff efficiently based on performance;
  • Communicate sales goals and motivate your team;
  • Assist customers and explain product features;
  • Coordinate with management to ensure smooth operations.

Human Resources

  • Create a positive work environment and foster pride and belonging;
  • Lead by example and demonstrate leadership;
  • Build a high-performance team through recruitment and training;
  • Manage schedules and participate in performance evaluations;

Marketing and Visual Presentation

  • Know product features and market trends;
