Job summary

Cineplex in Canada is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager to help lead a dynamic theatre team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will assist with managing a dedicated staff across departments, ensuring service standards, and contributing to budget and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar environment.
• Ability to analyze and interpret customer needs and offer appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions.
• Ability to lead a team during high volume periods in multiple departments.
• Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
• Schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.

What you will do

Part-Time Assistant Manager Cineplex's Part-Time Assistant Managers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest. Our PT Assistant Managers are passionate about movies and look to bring their experience towards providing a fun and entertaining night out.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leading and managing a dedicated team of employees and, when necessary, take an active hand to ensure guest satisfaction is maintained.
• Manage the guest experience - ensure every guest who visits your facility is satisfied and is excited about their next visit.
• Assist with managing your theatre's budget and growing revenue.
