Typical Workday

Under your manager's support, ensure the store operates smoothly and your team delivers excellent customer service. As acting manager, your responsibilities include meeting sales goals, maintaining standards, and motivating your team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Enhance store performance and profitability with management support
• Train staff in customer service and sales techniques
• Review sales results and develop strategies for improvement
• Schedule staff efficiently based on performance
• Communicate sales targets to your team
• Provide excellent customer support and product knowledge
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth operations

Human Resources
