Job description

In this role, you will support the General Manager by providing coaching to the team and creating a fun, inviting work environment where team members feel respected and valued. You will identify 5-Star talent and ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right times through effective scheduling.

Under the guidance of a General Manager (GM) or District Manager (DM), you will oversee daily operations and staff at a Wendy's restaurant in your market. Your responsibilities include executing all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. You will ensure the achievement of restaurant objectives while complying with all company guidelines, local laws, and ethical practices. Additionally, you will lead, interview, select, train, and develop all staff, including Shift Supervisors, Team Trainers, and Crew, with support from your GM or DM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze restaurant performance data to identify negative trends and recommend improvements.
  • Adjust crew schedules based on labor needs, performance, and forecast demands.
  • Assess staffing levels and make recommendations to meet staffing goals.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Monitor service quality and make necessary adjustments to enhance customer experience.
  • Implement corrective actions for customer service issues or staff performance problems.
