Job summary

Tim Hortons in Kelowna is seeking team members to provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced cafe environment. You will support daily operations, manage opening/closing tasks, and collaboratively maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, English fluency, and a willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training will be provided for supervisory duties and food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English is required.
• Flexible schedule - be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Customer service background is required.
• 12-18 Months Tim Hortons Experience Required – will train as a Supervisor to start.
• Current certification in approved food safety training (Advanced.fst) is an asset.
• Must be trained in all positions including managing the floor, baking, receiving deliveries, office work, hiring.
• Must be able to stand for entire shift.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Valid open work permit and/or Canadian Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Support fast-paced service on-site and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Assist in baking, receiving deliveries, and floor management as needed.
• Participate in hiring and training of team members when required.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and follow food-handling procedures.
• Be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
