The Role :

As the Assistant Manager, you will support the store management team in embodying the company values and customer promises through modeling, coaching, and high-quality instruction. You will also assist with implementing sales and merchandising plans and fostering a highly engaged team culture.

Other duties include :

  • Assisting with loss prevention processes, including participation in prevention strategies and investigations
  • Managing store stock, merchandising, and pricing to maximize sales in your categories
  • Achieving sales budgets and goals within your department
