  • Delegate duties and supervise facility employees
  • Supervise and participate in receiving, processing, and shipping grain commodities
  • Maintain an understanding of end-user requirements to ensure the product meets specifications
  • Ensure consistent compliance with quality control standards
  • Monitor and recommend improvements to increase operating efficiency and profitability
  • Keep safety top of mind
