Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager based in Courtice, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Assistant Manager will handle day-to-day operational tasks, including managing team activities, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining client relationships. The candidate will support senior management in strategic planning, oversee office administration, and contribute to staff development and performance assessments. At times, this role will require 'on-site' or in-field' presence in the form of site supervision, customer relations, job consultation, or sales & estimating.

A majority of the work undertaken by Hampton Regal is in the industrial/commercial sector, specializing in the installation of piping systems and industrial equipment. Applicants are encouraged to have familiarity with or be willing to engage in learning about industrial processes such as piping systems, welding, plumbing, and the regulations/codes governing these processes.
