JYSK Canada is hiring an Assistant Manager to support store leadership in modeling company values and customer promises. You will help implement sales plans, coach staff, and drive a high-performing store culture.

Responsibilities include loss prevention, stock management, merchandising, and achieving sales budgets. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and a minimum 2 years in retail management and customer service.

The Role:

As the Assistant Manager, you will assist the store management team in instilling the company values and customer promises within your team and in the store through modeling, coaching, and providing high quality instruction.You will also assist with the implementation of a sales and merchandising plan and promote a highly engaged team culture.

Other duties include:

• Assisting with loss prevention processes in the store including participation in prevention strategies and investigations
• Assisting with store stock management, merchandising, and pricing to maximize sales of your categories
• Delivering and meeting sales budgets and goals in your Department

What you bring to the role:

Compensation: Generally, the hiring range for this position is $43,000 to $48,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, internal and market equity.
