WHAT A TYPICAL WORKDAY LOOKS LIKE:

With the support of your manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly and that your team provides excellent customer service. As acting manager, your tasks will include meeting overall goals, maintaining our standards, and motivating your team to excel.

SALES:

• Optimize store performance and profitability with management support;
• Train your team in customer support and sales techniques, ensuring familiarity with all product features;
• Analyze sales results and develop strategies for improvement;
• Schedule staff efficiently based on performance and store needs;
• Communicate sales goals clearly to your team;
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and explaining product features;
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth store operations.

HUMAN RESOURCES:

• Create a positive work environment fostering pride and belonging;
• Lead by example, demonstrating leadership and professionalism;
• Recruit, train, and develop team members;
• Manage work schedules and absences;
• Participate in performance evaluations.

MARKETING AND VISUAL PRESENTATION:
