We’re on the lookout for a confident, numbers-loving Assistant Management Accountant to join our fun, friendly, and refreshingly non-corporate finance team!

You’ll be hands-on with everything from month-end accounts to budgeting and reconciliations, working closely with teams across our creative group of agencies.

The Role at a Glance:

• Position: Assistant Management Accountant
• Location: Southampton (Hybrid Working)
• Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Your Skills:

• Strong relationship building skills
• Experience with accounts, data entry, Excel, finance systems, management reports, VAT returns, budgeting, and forecasting

The Assistant Management Accountant Role:

This is a hands-on role where you’ll support our finance team and help improve the business’s financial health and performance. You’ll work across different agencies, so if you’re great at building relationships and enjoy communication, you’ll fit right in!

About You:

• Part or fully AAT qualified with experience in assistant management accounts production
• Experience with fast and accurate data entry and a good knowledge of accounts
• Proficient in Excel and finance systems (ideally Paprika)
• You love pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident to challenge and improve processes
• Keen to prove your potential
