The role involves overseeing maintenance systems, managing staff, and ensuring the lodge's operational efficiency. Bell 2 Lodge/Last Frontier Heliskiing is seeking an enthusiastic individual for a full-time, year-round position as Assistant Maintenance Manager. Bell 2 Lodge operates as Last Frontier Heliskiing during winter and as a hotel during spring, summer, and fall.
The Assistant Maintenance Manager leads maintenance systems, oversees continuous improvement of the Lodge, and executes long-term strategic plans. Operating remotely requires troubleshooting on-site, motivating the team, and making crucial decisions quickly.

Shifts are three weeks on, one week off, with ten-hour days. Transfers to and from Terrace are available. Accommodation and meals are provided during rotation; flights are not included. Winter benefits include subsidized accommodation, transfers, and ski passes for Smithers.*Pets are not accommodated.*
