Job Opportunity : Assistant Lot Manager at Jaguar Land Rover Vancouver

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement policies for the lot
• Supervise, train, and evaluate subordinate employees
• Issue and submit periodic lot reports to higher management
• Enhance parking procedures to maximize customer satisfaction
• Inspect the lot and ensure proper physical conditions
• Perform minor maintenance of lot equipment
• Promote high standards of customer service
• Organize training sessions for team development
• Assign duties and evaluate performance of lot employees
• Oversee lot cleanliness for smooth operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications :

• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Effective at meeting deadlines
• Valid British Columbia Driver’s License with ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
• Ability to operate assigned equipment
