In This Role:
You will leverage your passion for coaching and developing leaders and employees, helping them reach business goals and their full potential.
You will organize staff schedules, coordinate workflow, and oversee costs and metrics.
You will problem-solve every day, from trouble-shooting diagnostic analyzers to resolving situational workflow and turnaround time challenges.

What You Will Need to Succeed:
At minimum, you’ve directly supervised 1-5+ Supervisors and / or 10+ employees in a high-volume work environment.
You have experience managing the day to day operations of a clinical diagnostic laboratory, fast-paced production environment, or other operations management experience
You are an inspiring, motivating People Leader with experience directly supervising individual contributors and / or Leadership teams
While not required, experience in a lab setting is a plus, as well as knowledge of human clinical or veterinary testing and procedures.
You love a fast-paced, high-volume, innovative work environment.
You are passionate about people leadership.

Able to meet the physical requirements that go with working in a lab – standingandsittingfor extended periods of time, phone & computer use, extended reach,lifting upto50lb, and specific vision ability – close, color, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. This is a laboratory, so there is potential exposure to biohazards, agents known to cause zoonotic diseases, and hazardous chemicals.

Schedule:
The working hours will likely have a start time of7:00 AM, and would end at3:00 PM, Mon - Fri with a Sat rotation. Flexibility to stay longer as needed a huge plus.
