Job summary

Service Inspired Restaurants (SIR Corp.) is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager in Windsor, Ontario. You will support the Kitchen Manager in daily operations, assist with food prep and quality control, and ensure a safe, clean environment.

You will help train staff and improve kitchen workflows, with leadership development prioritized to advance your skills. The role requires 1–3 years of kitchen management experience, a Culinary Red Seal designation or Smart Serve being strong assets, and
