Job summary

Service Inspired Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to support daily kitchen operations and help drive quality, safety, and efficiency across our brands. You will assist with food preparation, quality control, and staff training while upholding our values and standards.

Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you will help optimize workflows, monitor inventory and costs, and contribute to creating an engaging, high-performing kitchen environment that fosters growth and ongoing

Qualifications

• 1–3 years kitchen management/supervisory experience in a comparable restaurant environment.
• Culinary Red Seal designation and Smart Serve Certification are strong assets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; proficient in computer use.
