Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Assistant Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) Manager to support the delivery of a major data centre project in Dublin. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build on existing experience and gain further exposure to onsite safety operations within a large-scale construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior HSW Manager with day-to-day health and safety operations on site.
- Assist in managing HSW documentation and administrative tasks, including audits, inspections, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Maintain accurate records of safety briefings, training, incident reports, and site inductions.
- Contribute to HSW meetings, toolbox talks, and reporting requirements.
- Help promote health and wellbeing initiatives across the site.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to foster a strong safety culture.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Some prior experience in a site-based Health & Safety role
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification.
- Strong administrative, record-keeping, and organisational skills.
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach.
- Motivated to develop professionally within a fast-paced project environment.
- Awareness of construction safety practices and relevant Irish legislation is beneficial.
