Job summary

Foot Locker in Laval, QC is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team and elevate the customer experience. You will oversee store operations, training, staffing, merchandising, and asset protection, while driving sales and profitability.

In this role you coach and motivate staff, ensure product knowledge, and collaborate with leadership to meet goals. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales environment.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results from enthusiastic customer interactions and athletic products.
• Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands in a rapidly evolving omni-channel retail environment.
• Ability to take initiative and work without supervision.
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis.
