Job Description

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  1. Maintain interface with customers and clients, ensuring total contract compliance with all criteria and meeting all performance specifications including service delivery, budget adherence, cost savings, energy savings, and customer service standards.
  2. Oversee all facilities, property, and project management services as required by the contract and at the request of our clients.
  3. Coordinate and promote proactive performance reviews between customers/clients and Sodexo to ensure seamless service delivery and account success.
  4. Develop and adhere to operating budgets for your unit.
  5. Provide ongoing financial and operational analysis of unit performance.
  6. Maintain all key performance indicators, including high customer satisfaction, account retention, employee development and retention, achievement of financial goals, and growth opportunities.
  7. Investigate and develop options for expanding existing services or offering additional services to clients.
Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  1. 3-4 years of Assistant General Manager or Hospitality experience.
  2. Post-secondary education in Business or Hospitality is an asset; relevant work experience is also highly valued.
  3. Experience or accreditation in food service, janitorial services, or related areas.
  4. Experience with Camp Management systems such as Orissa.
  5. Knowledge of health and safety regulations, quality control, custodial services, groundskeeping, and office services.
  6. Experience managing third-party contracts and driving continuous improvement.
  7. Strong financial acumen and contract management skills.
  8. Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
