Job summary

Service Inspired Restaurants leads Jack Astor’s in Mississauga and seeks an Assistant General Manager to drive top-quality food and guest experiences. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and cultivate leadership within a high-volume setting.

You will develop leadership skills, reinforce our values, and energize the team while delivering memorable service and strong financial results.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years restaurant management experience in a similar high-volume environment.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software.
• Experience managing sales, inventory, cash, and analytical tasks.
• Previous scheduling experience and Smart Serve Certification.
