PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
  1. The lawyer in this role is responsible for the delivery of effective legal services to his or her clients.
  2. The lawyer may have management responsibility for one or more legal professionals and is required to be an effective manager of reports.
  3. Handle significant legal projects, matters, and issues with very good to excellent legal skills and expertise.
  4. Manage contracts or other matters that the client group wants to pursue, demonstrating strong project management skills.
  5. Represent Innomar Strategies and relevant client groups on significant business contracts or matters, leading or playing an integral role in negotiations.
  6. Make business-oriented, legally compliant recommendations, demonstrating strong decision-making capabilities.
  7. Solve both straightforward and complex problems, often requiring new perspectives on existing solutions.
  8. Juggle multiple matters, prioritize effectively, and work efficiently to meet deadlines.
  9. Adapt to change, shift priorities, and focus as needed.
  10. Seek challenging tasks, engage in development discussions, and be receptive to feedback.
  11. Possess a minimum of 9 years of legal experience with expertise in one or more specialty areas such as litigation, antitrust, mergers and acquisitions, contracts and commercial law, securities law, privacy law, health law, technology law, or employment and labor law.
  12. Graduate of an accredited law school and admitted to the state bar.
  13. Operate at a level comparable to a counsel, non-equity partner, or service partner, capable of doing sophisticated work independently and supervising legal professionals.
  14. Familiar with legal concepts, practices, and procedures, including corporate law, SEC regulations, litigation, anti-trust laws, and contract negotiation.
  15. Experience supervising outside counsel and managing external legal resources.
  16. Knowledgeable about industry policies, practices, trends, and the competitive landscape.
  17. Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and judgment skills.
  18. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
