Assistant Food and Beverage Manager - Vespra Hills Golf Club

Join us to apply for the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager role at Vespra Hills Golf Club .

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will facilitate the daily operation of the food and beverage facilities.

Responsibilities

• Report to your workstation at scheduled times to maintain operational efficiency.
• Complete all tasks as directed by the Food and Beverage Manager in a timely manner.
• Execute banquet operations successfully by completing all related tasks and duties.
• Work safely and efficiently during service times to ensure high-quality service in a cost-effective environment.
• Follow all operational manuals, procedures, and schedules to ensure smooth daily routines.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and checking invoices for quality, quantity, and pricing.
• Communicate professionally with the Executive Chef, Food and Beverage Manager, and team regarding food service issues.
• Maintain professionalism at all times, representing yourself, the team, the club, and ClubLink with integrity.
