Are you passionate about streetwear and know how to design garments that stand out? Do you live for details — from the cut and silhouette to the graphic, fabric, or placement print?

PAPI MTL is a Montreal-based streetwear brand rooted in elevated everyday pieces. We're looking for a freelance fashion designer to help bring our next collections to life.

Your Role

You’ll be working directly with our founder and will be involved in the full creative process, from idea to final design delivery. Your work will directly shape our next drops and be worn by a growing global audience.

What You Will Do

• Create the graphic content that goes on the garments — screen prints, embroidery, patches, wash treatments, labels, and trims
• Propose fabrics, washes, and finishes that elevate the product
• Develop moodboards, visual concepts, and design stories aligned with the brand direction
• Occasionally support with packaging/label design and digital campaign visuals

Who We’re Looking For

• Confident designing both garments and garment artwork
• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (3D tools are a bonus)
• Strong trend awareness
• Can take a rough reference or mood and build a full visual around it
• Great communicator — can work independently but still respond fast
• Artists from all around the world are welcomed. We are aligned with European fashion a lot.
• Around 10-15 hours a week
